About Our Wholesale
Our farm is a small operation, but we want to have a big impact, especially with our florists and designers. We know that when you order shipped flowers, they don’t always arrive as usable stems. We also know you don’t like seeing flowers left unused in your coolers, just as we don’t like seeing flowers left unharvested in our fields. However, locally purchased flowers aren’t always perceived as the most cost-effective or convenient options either. We want to change your mind.

How to Order

A seasonal farm cut list will be made available in January before the growing season. The cut list is updated throughout our growing season (May through October) as weather conditions, crop failure, or bumper crops will sometimes change availability. The cut sheet can be requested via email or can be found under the Files tab on the FWF Wholesale Flowers Group FB page.

For standing orders, urgent orders, arranging farm pick-ups, and event flower holds, you can Contact Us via email, phone call, text, and FB Messenger. We are happy to hold or reserve flowers in advance.

To view or place flower orders on a weekly basis, please join our private FWF Wholesale Flowers Facebook Group. Once approved, you will have access to farm updates, estimated crop-specific harvest dates, and weekly availability lists. This will provide you the ability to see what we have available for the week AND place orders. Flower variety and availability are posted by 10am Monday morning throughout the growing season. Orders must be placed by 5pm Tuesday morning for free Wednesday delivery.

If you do not have a Facebook account, immediate availability, orders, and updates can be shared via text message upon request. This will be a group text if there are multiple customers. Time stamps of orders between Facebook and email platforms will be used to prioritize customer orders when quantities are limited (first-come, first-served).
